Thanks to Tiffany at Eat At Home we have had fabulous meals this week. I just discovered her blog on Pinterest and I'm looking forward to trying some more of her meal plans in the coming weeks.
Our dinner tonight will be BBQ Chicken Fajitas. We're partial to Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, but tonight we're trying Jack Daniels Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce since it was on sale.
Here is the recipe:
- You’ll need to grill a few boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Baste them with the barbecue sauce while they cook. Then slice them up thin.
- Saute onions and green peppers that you’ve sliced thin.
- Shake a little salt in while these cook.
- Layer the grilled chicken, peppers and onions, shredded cheese and more barbecue sauce in a warmed tortilla.
